It has been over 4 years, I have been pursuing my hobby of conjuring dishes out of veggies, meat and spices. And I have enjoyed it well. Too much actually! Because, finally it goes into my stomach ;)
Well, if I may confess, I have never entered the realm of Mutton or any of the Red Meat preparation in my culinary practices. Did not seem much attractive then when Chicken Meat was the dominant material used.
But, as they say, time changes things! The time has come to "Hath Azmane Ka" (Hindi: Involve oneself in some activity, hoping for positive prospects) in Mutton Keema preparation. But as it is said, "Doesn't make sense to reinvent the wheel", therefore sharing an awesome video showing the preparation in action.
